Working at Mattel
In the summer of 2022, I worked at Mattel, Inc. in El Segundo as a Development Program Management Intern in the Games department.
Over the course of 12 weeks, I managed the development of various board games and card games from initial concept to launch, proficiently used industry-standard software including Agile, Anaplan, Windchill, Cognos, and Workfront; sent design start programs (DSPs), formatted final product review reports (FPRs), and engaged in game design and testing with product designers.
I also pursued an independent development project which I conceptualized, designed, iterated, built, and presented to Mattel leadership. (As per Mattel’s intellectual property rights, I am not at liberty to share the content of this project.)
